2009 Tennesee Vols-Lane Kiffin College Football Update
Remember former USC assistant Lane Kiffin coach who became the Oakland Raiders head coach who got fired, and was hired two months later to be the Tennessee Vols’ head coach?
A lot has happened in the short time period as the new Vols’ head coach. He’s already gained the respect from the Tennessee fans, working long hours before the signing period is up, and creating a buzz in Tennessee. Even before his first day on the job Steve Spuirrer took a jab on his recruiting efforts. Welcome to the Sec, Mr. Kiffin.
The Sec just got a little more tense, rougher, and a tougher battleground for recruiting since superstar recruiters Ed Orgeron, and David Reaves are on Vols’ wagon. As the recruiting effort comes to a close, I’ll keep you updated on the Tennessee Vols.
