Former USC Trojan O.J Mayo proclaims to the world, "I’m the leading Rookie of the Year candidate" during his game against the Sacramento Kings with his outstanding play.

O.J scored 28 points on the day of his 21th birthday !

Happy Birthday O.J !

O.J is also very modest about his god given talent.

I’m not the next Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, or Lebron James. I’m O.J. Mayo, I have my own name, now respect my game.

O.J finished with 28 points on 9/10 shooting, 6/10 from 3pt range, 1 rebound, 3 steal, 2 turnover.

O is the shots he made.

From his shot selection, one can see that O.J. loves the outside shot, 6/10 from 3 point range and 3 more were long jumpers. I was unable to find any video of this game, but was able to find a similar performance from a summer league game where his shot selection was almost identical.
