Rafael Furcal to sign and stay with the Dodgers!

2008 December 18

Yes, Rafael Fucal; the Sky is Blue!

It’s widely rumored that Rafael Furcal accepted a contract with the Dodgers for 3 years for 30 million dollars today. I believe this is a good move on the Dodger’s part since he’s the best shortstop on the market.

There’s deep concern by many critics and coaches about Furcal’s reliability since he’s been out for a large portion of time the last several years. The Dodgers probably took this into consideration, but his potential far exceeds it.

The Dodger’s off-season moves has kept last year’s team together with the exception of Manny Ramirez whom the Dodger’s are waiting patiently on and will be the final piece to the puzzle.

Do you think signing Rafael Furcal was a good move by the Dodgers?
