College Football News:Monte Kiffin to join his son Lane at Tennesee!

2008 December 16

Monte Kiffin will leave his defensive coordinator job at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to join his son at the University of Tenneesee. College Football just got a tad more of the NFL.

Lane brings, a top-tier coach who has the ability to make some noise with a rugged, tough-minded defense. The Vols should be a great team to watch since they’ll use a NFL schemes. It still remains to be seen if it will motivate or inspire recruits to wear the orange and white next year.

I love this move since its tell the rest of the SEC that Lane Kiffin is playing hard ball, and the rest of the coaches should take notice. I give Tennessee two years before they make any serious noise in the SEC or in the National Spotlight.

What do you guys think? Is this a great move on Lane part?
