Former USC Trojan Brian Scalabrine- The red headed Phil Jackson?

Brian Scalabrine was recently a coach/mentor in the Seed of Peace Basketball camp in Arizona and according to Seeds of Peace Assistant Director Wil Smith, Scalabrine is gifted as a coach. Smith said, "He claims he’ll never become a coach, but I keep telling him, ‘It’s in your blood, man."
Do we now consider Scalabrine, Tim Floyd replacement?
